Pre-Licensing Course (Begins in March 2024)

The Broker Pre-licensing course prepares you for a new career in the real estate business and grooms you for the Indiana Real Estate Broker’s Examination. The lesson curriculum includes practical application exercises and activities that make the information enjoyable and memorable. Guest speakers will also join the class periodically to share their personal experiences from various facets of the industry.

Instruction includes basic real estate principles and practices, including real estate law, financing, brokerage, closing, valuation, management taxation and mathematics. Also included is instruction in construction, land use, property insurance, the Indiana Real Estate License Statute and the rules of the Indiana Real Estate Commission.

Course Schedule:

Class schedule will run Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday evenings from 6:00 to 9:30 pm

Class beginning March 5, 2024, and will end May 2, 2024

There is a minimum requirement of 10 participants to hold a broker pre-licensing session.  If we do not have 10 participants, we will reschedule the session for a later date.”

Course Fees:

Course registration fee is $599 and the required books for the course is $175.00
